OUR HISTORY

We have years of experience caring for families, from all walks of life. Each family comes to us because they know we are leaders in our profession, dedicated to excellence in service, and have the highest integrity.

Peters Funeral Home was established in St. Paul, Nebraska in 1991. The former Nesiba's Cafe was purchased and completely remodeled. It opened for business in November of that year. Todd and Cindy operated the funeral home and Cindy's father, Leonard Mostek, assisted on funerals.

In 1993, numerous citizens of Loup City, Nebraska, approached Todd and Cindy about opening a branch chapel in their community. With Cindy's family ties in Sherman County, it seemed like a good fit and so they remodeled the former "Helen's Dress Shop" and began operations in May.
