Myrna Kay Glause, 87, of Central City, formerly of St. Libory, died Monday, May 26, 2025, at Litzenberg Memorial Long-Term Care in Central City.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Zion Lutheran Church in Worms. The Rev. Craig K. Niemeier will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery at Worms.
Memorials are suggested to Zion Lutheran Church.

Myrna Kay Glause was born on May 3, 1938, on a farm in Hamilton County, near Giltner, the daughter of Henry and Lida (Brumley) Wright.
As a child, Myrna moved with her family to Grand Island. She attended Grand Island Public Schools and graduated from Grand Island Senior High with the Class of 1957. After graduation, Myrna worked for Jack Bailey Photography Studio.
Myrna was united in marriage to Larry M. Glause on August 9, 1959, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Grand Island. The couple first lived in Niagara Falls, NY, while Larry served in the United States Army. After Larry was discharged in 1960, the couple returned to farm near Worms. Myrna worked for over 20 years at Delicious Foods in Grand Island, as well as helping Larry run the farm and the family dairy.
Larry died on July 5, 2015. Myrna continued to live on the farm until moving to Central City in 2022.
Myrna enjoyed reading and watching television in her spare time. She also kept herself busy with sewing and crocheting projects.
She is survived by her sons, Ted Glause of St. Libory and Barry Glause of Loup City; and daughter, Lana Kucera of California. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Joshua and Kalila Glause, Matthew and Nikandra Glause, Greg and Nikole Bader, Stephanie and Josh Crenshaw, Kayla and Jimmy Vann, Kersten Kucera and Ted Kohtz, Kassidy Kucera and William Bragg; and great-grandchildren, Jazmyn, Justice and Judah Glause, Remi and Stevie Bader, Daevanie Obermeier, and Charlotte, Alex and Nora Kohtz.
In addition to her husband, Larry, she was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Delmar Wright.
