Cullen, Laurie, Susan, and Cory, and family, Please accept our sincere condolences and respect for your Mom and Grandma. Mardell was always so nice to me...not sure if she should have been...but she was. I know you will have many great memories both now and in the future of funny and goofy things your Mom did that now make you laugh...and yes, you will even have memories that at the time they occurred frustrated you or your Mom...or both...but now as adults you understand "her side" of the story. Take those memories...both good ones and bad...and embrace them, share them, and understand that they will hit you when you least expect it...the sound of a door...or a smell of something cooking...an item or photograph from the past that just shows up seemingly out of nowhere. They will happen...and of course it is okay and it is normal to travel the dusty backroads of your memory. Those backroads into another time helps keep us sane and loving life and living life to the fullest! We will keep you in our prayers this week. God Bless!
