In the late 1970’s the couple moved back to St. Libory, NE where they farmed for several years. They returned to Washington and started up a new company together, Dzingle’s Landscaping, LLC, which two of her sons operate today. They built a beautiful custom home at the base of Mt. Rainier so Norene could see the mountain through her picture window, which she cherished every day. She enjoyed her home on the saltwater oyster beds, going crabbing, clamming and fishing for salmon.

After their retirements, the couple also made a home in Sun Lakes, AZ for 27 years, where they made many beautiful lasting friendships.

She is survived by her husband, David Dzingle; daughter, Kay Myrick of Chandler, AZ; sons and daughters-in-law, Russ and Sherri Dzingle and Doug and Dawn Dzingle, all of Auburn, WA; nine grandchildren, Chase and Denisse Myrick, Chelsea and Ben Long, Cassidy Myrick, Zack Dzingle, Sam and Robbyn Dzingle, Derek Dzingle, Dayla Dzingle, Katie and Chris Weir, and Jenell Smith; nine great grandchildren, Johnny, Gwendolyn, Walter, Rocco, Stella, Joseph, Rosyln, Dahlia and Olivia; brother and sister-in-law, Norman and Marcia Keller of St. Paul; sister, Virginia Bartunek of Grand Island; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
