Dolores grew up with music – her father was a fine accordion player and member of the Greenwalt family band, which played for many wedding and barn dances in the Ord area. She played the piano and eventually became a church organist for Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church for almost forty years. She played for many local weddings and funerals. She was an active member of the church, Council of Catholic Women and Catholic Daughters. Dolores also enjoyed Extension Club, gardening and being involved in 4-H for many years.
